  • We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time.

4. Orders & Agreement

An agreement is formed when your order is confirmed via email.

5. Payment

Orders can be paid using the methods available at checkout, including credit card, PayPal, iDEAL, and Klarna.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • EU delivery: 4–10 business days

  • You will receive tracking details once shipped.
    Delays caused by carriers are beyond our control and do not entitle compensation.

7. Returns & Withdrawal Right

You may return your order within 14 days of receipt.
We offer an extended 30-day return policy as stated on our Returns page.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

8. Warranty

Our products are made to meet reasonable expectations of quality. If something is wrong, contact our support team.

9. Liability

We are not liable for damage resulting from misuse of our products or delivery delays caused by external partners.
