30-Day Risk-Free Returns

Not fully satisfied? You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your item — no questions asked.

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In their original condition

  • With original packaging intact


How to Request a Return

Include:

  • Your order number

  • The item you’d like to return

  • Reason for return (optional — but helps us improve)

We’ll reply within 24–48 hours with simple return instructions.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will:

  • Approve your return

  • Refund your original payment method

💳 Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Damaged or Wrong Items

Although rare, if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, email us within 7 days and we will replace it immediately — at no cost to you.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale:

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as clearance
